It's Super Regionals weekend in the college softball world and this time of year always brings up the most memories.

Half of the teams will move on and the others will end their seasons in the next few days.

Pressure is on. The moment brings on high emotions.

One of my only regrets from playing in this time is not letting the people around me know how much I cared; not voicing my love for that time and for them.
.
Be in the moment. Don't be consumed by your performance or the fear and doubt that might come with big games.

Remember that the memories will be made because of who you're there with and what it means to all of you..
