I have been waiting for the day I can finally scream...✨WE’RE DEBT FREE!!✨

Although I haven’t shared much about this journey publicly, paying off my student loans has been a big driving force and focus of our lives the past 3 years. Ever since graduating with my doctorate in OT, paying off my loans was a big priority for me. The thought of having loans hanging over my head for the next 10 years of my life was unimaginable. I was determined. It took not only lots of hard work, long days and sacrifices, but also self-reflection and inner self-work.

Was it hard, yes. Was it worth it, 1000% YES.

Huge shout-out to awevans81 (who also paid off his car early 👏🏼) for your endless support. Setting this goal together as a newly married couple and walking hand in hand through this journey has not only strengthened our partnership but paved the path for our future together.😘 Another huge thanks to my parents who lead by example and have always supported me through all of my life goals. I would not be here without them.🤍

I hope sharing a glimpse of our financial journey inspires others. It is possible.
