TWENTY THREE AND DEBT FREEEEEEEEEEE 🗣💸

16 months ago I was graduated and ready to take on the world while also carrying $24K of student loan debt on my back. I was determined to pay that off as quickly as I could.

I started out substitute teaching and working a part time job feeling excited and confident with making some real money.

*Cue global pandemic*

With schools closed I could no longer sub and my part time job was cut to 10 hours a week. But this was GODS TIMING and I knew his plan for me was so much more. I stayed faithful and persevered which led me to my first teaching gig in August and $1500/mo payments. And those beloved “stimmy” checks helped a whooooole bunch.

SO HERE I STAND - 16 months and $24,426.80 later 100% DEBT FREE!!!!!! HOW FREAKING GREAT!!! I truly couldn’t have done it without my huge support system 🤍 S/O to Ryan for being my life partner and legitimate support system (I LOVE YOU) & my parents for loving me and always talking about “Uncle Dave” (that’s you, daveramsey). If you have a financial goal, GET AFTER IT!!
