WE’RE DEBT FREE!!! 🙌🏼🎉

In our excitement, we boast not about what we’ve done, but what God has done for us. We have been blessed far more than we deserve. We are SO thankful for His provision over the past few years. Aside from providing for us financially, He has also granted us wisdom and discernment so that we may steward our finances well. It hasn’t been an easy (almost) 3 years, but man are we thankful for the lessons learned. We have grown in our marriage as we’ve learned to work as a team and we’ve grown in our faith as we’ve depended on God to provide. Thank you Jesus for this moment that has been long awaited!! 🙌🏼

And to make sure I’m being completely transparent, there have been a lot of hard moments and tears shed. Our student loans have felt like such a huge burden for so long. I cried a lot over feeling “behind” in life because we didn’t have a nice home, super nice vehicles, or babies. My mom has very kindly reminded me on multiple occasions that “if you will live like no one else, later you can live like no one else” (daveramsey quote). We knew that we didn’t want money and financial issues to burden us and our marriage, and we knew that it would be worth it. So.. we worked hard, prayed diligently, and we made it happen!! 😭 All glory to God!
