🎉🥳We freaking did it - DEBT FREE!!

🚨 $75,505 🚨

1️⃣0️⃣ months ago we decided to stop fretting over our fertility loss journey and use this time to focus on something we knew we could control. 💰Our finances.

So with the help of daveramsey and Financial Peace University, we decided we weren’t going to let debt dictate our future.😎

We cut up our ✂️ 💳 credit cards the first month. It was terrifying😣 but we did it, and never looked back. If we don’t have cash to pay for it, we don’t get it. 💁🏼‍♀️It’s that simple.

🧐So how did we do it?
*Prayed profusely 🙏
*Spebt extra time on our side hustle 🤓
*Budgeted like our life depended on it (and yes - we included little River-Dog in that budget 🐶)
*Said 🚫“no” when we wanted to say “yes”
*Sold a ton of stuff on FB marketplace
*Told our friends what we were doing and kept openly sharing our goals ❗️
*Stayed disciplined and focused 💪
*Listened to Dave Ramsey’s podcast all the time👂

What are we most proud of?
⛪️ Although tempting, we never missed one month of tithing.
And guess what? The Good Lord provided, as we trusted he would.
