Happy 23rd anniversary to us! We are debt free (except for the mortgage) for the first time in 19 years! We have worked so hard for this! Many hours of overtime, side hustles and 16 hour days for both of us! Now what? We have other goals to meet! 💰Continue to cash flow our kids college tuition!
💰Fully fund our emergency fund with six months of living expenses!
💰Max out our retirement accounts!
💰Payoff that mortgage!
