We did it!! Before we got married we made a commitment and plan to attack ALL our debt: student loans. We listened to the Total Money Makeover and countless daveramsey podcasts. We made and broke budgets, worked weekends and summers, continued tithing, said “no” to many fun things, and just kept hammering our debt down to the ground. The longer we stayed focused the better we got at it. It was hard, it felt like it took forever, it felt like we sacrificed a lot.
