Satan hates it when we use our testimony. It feels weird and amazing to be debt free. It isn't about me and never was. Its has everything to do w our strong and compassionate God that has taken care of me and poured his love and grace into my life when I absolutely didnt deserve it and kept me going. If you are in the fight, here is some encouragement/ motivation...5 yrs ago I went through financial peace university at church to learn how to invest my money better. Little did I know God, instead would ask me to pay off my student loans and submit my finances to him. Why do something less than 100%? When He leads, you can either make moves or make excuses. I had spent too much of my life up to that point doing things my way. That didnt work. Doing finances His way and being a good steward of what I have been blessed with has little to do w me but everything to do w being in a position financially, emotionally, spiritually to look outside myself to others more. It truly was/ is a reflection of the posture of my heart. I can honestly say this decision has been the single most impactful decisions in my life as it has influenced so many areas of my life. It wasnt easy, it was a grind and it is worth it. Need hope? Need help? Wondering if there is a better way financially and what that looks like? My story can be your story. He is waiting. It's up to you. It is worth it. Excited for baby step 3! Bring it.
