Long Post 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨I was once convinced like so many of us that a car is a “status” symbol, instead of a depreciating asset that takes us from point A to point B.  Thanks to daveramsey and his daughter rachelcruze who truly impacted the way I viewed money after attending the Smart Money Tour in my late 20’s. My goal leaving that auditorium was to actually apply what I learned, get strict, and smarter with money. I committed to my #debtfreejourney which wasn’t easy. I almost derailed last year at Range Rover,  Man! those cars are pretty! But when I looked over the numbers with the sales rep ready to trade in my paid off car,  I could still hear Dave’s voice saying, “if you invest that $598 in a mutual fund for 30 years, it would be worth almost $2.1 million”. I left the dealership, and decided to say #goodbye to car payments for good. And began re-investing the money in smarter ways. I’m living a life of contentment & moving through the next steps of financial freedom. 🚗 #millionairemindset —————————————————————
