We closed on the rental house today!! This was a major milestone because we were able to:
1. Ditch a $112,000 mortgage
2. Finish baby step 3
3. Invest in our retirement @ 15%
4. Start 529s for all 3 kids
5. Pay for our Disney World trip with cash
6. Move officially to baby steps 4, 5 & 6!! Working the baby steps isn’t always easy but we’ve made major progress in 10 months.
