I feel entirely blessed and grateful to have had the opportunity to travel to Miami and audition for @si_swimsuit . I unfortunately did not make it this year, but I had the opportunity of meeting some of the most amazing, beautiful, kind, and courageous women. Thank you for not thinking that I’m completely bananas as I was chanting my mantra “ I am so happy and grateful to be the 2020 sports illustrated swimsuit rookie.” I’m a firm believer in timing and I believe this year just wasn’t my year. And that’s totally okay! I will be coming back next year even stronger and will, absolutely WILL Be casted in at least one show next year during swim week. So here’s to going for it in 2020 #siswimsearch . Never stop trying and forever trying to tell my story-end domestic abuse because no man or woman should ever wonder if they will be loved again, if their scars are noticeable or if they’ll make it out of their situation alive •
