You're looking at the Bay Bridge from Yerba Buena Island (once called Goat Island), which is the natural island that sits between San Francisco and Oakland. This is not to be confused with Treasure Island, the man-made island directly next to it. To get here, all you have to do is take the Treasure Island exit off of the bridge.
