## Caption

For years, I've been using my #Theragun to improve my performance and recovery, and earlier this year, I had the opportunity to spend the day with drjasonwersland . He invented the Theragun, and later started therabody as a way to bring #wellness to everybody. Being a part of the #Therabody family means prioritizing #recovery for myself and helping inspire others to #TakeControl of their recovery too. #TherabodyAthlete #CR7xTherabody
