We recently received a wonderful message from the daughter of a client.

Whilst shopping in a local supermarket, she witnessed the true spirit of kindness.

An elderly lady, a bit lost among the aisles, was gently assisted by a Windrush carer, who stepped in to help her with her shopping, even though he was there for his own errands.

When she became distressed, he didn't hesitate to get her a chair and alert the staff.

This act of compassion really showed that windrush.care carers are more than just staff; they're dedicated, caring individuals who go above and beyond for others.
