What prompted the establishment of windrushcare? 

Windrush Care was established by our Managing Director, David Chalk, in 2014 with a clear vision in mind - to provide top-quality home care in Gloucestershire.

As a carer of his Father, David saw the challenges and complexities that families face when searching for exceptional care for their loved ones. This inspired him to create a solution that would make the process simpler and much more personalised. 🫶

At Windrush Care, we understand the importance of choice and independence when it comes to care. This is why we offer a real alternative to residential care by providing bespoke and individualised care plans for our clients.

We believe that everyone deserves to receive care in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by familiar faces and cherished memories.

Our team are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care. We apply the "parent test" to everything we do, asking ourselves if this is what we would want for our own family. This gives us the confidence that we are providing the same level of care and support that we would want for our own loved ones.
