5 Steps To Create This Effect:

Step 1: Choose a photo you want to creat the effect with and open it in Adobe Photoshop Beta.

Step 2: Fill the surrounding edges using the Generative fill feature. Save the photo and repeat this step as many times as desired.

Step 3: Take your saved photos and insert them in order onto Adobe Premiere Pro.

Step 4: Use key frames to line up the end of one photo with the beginning of the next photo. This should start to create the endless loop effect.

Step 5: Once you have lined everything up, drag over all the photos and right click. Select Nest. Now copy and paste your nested sequence. Reverse the second one creating a boomerang effect.
