I love getting back on the horse. The 🐎 or grind as some people call it, getting back on that . . . is 
probably, ONE OF THE MOST interesting and difficult things in my career rn.

Whether it's from a small or big break, getting back to the grind, is always where I find friction. .
I don't find friction in burnout or when I'm out of ideas but when, I GET STARTED. For me, that's my biggest FLAW, that's my DOWNSIDE.
