While helping to organise her post, we discovered she had a hospital appointment that she was hesitant to attend due to mobility issues, so we arranged for community transport to enable her to make the appointment.⁠

On the day of the appointment, we arrived early to help ease her anxiety, spending quality time together, drinking tea and talking about what to expect so she felt well informed.⁠

the.bespokelife were by her side throughout the day, providing support and companionship.⁠
⁠
After the appointment, we accompanied her home, cooking her dinner and allowing her to unwind and reflect on the day. ⁠

Despite her initial concerns, the client feels more comfortable attending future appointments. ⁠
