Throw back to our open house in December! Here we have Sharon, one of the seniors who's trained with Rach for three years, participating in the planking competition! I think there was like 10 people who participated, and Sharon was one of the last two going over SIX MINUTES!!

What a great evening!!! We will be having more events in the future but wanted to take this evening to applaud this kickass woman!
