I absolutely love working with seniors. Watching them get stronger, more confident, and more embodied literally brings tears to my eyes.

Women growing up in the 60s and 70s weren’t taught to be physically strong, and they definitely weren’t taught how to lift heavy-ass weights. It’s such an honor to be trusted in helping them along that path.
