Hey everyone! I’m Rach, the owner of Chin-Up Training and a certified personal trainer in Denver, CO.

My goal with Chin-Up Training was to create a safe space, specifically for women and queer people- Somewhere people could come if the felt uncomfortable in any other type of gym setting.

I’m not a trainer that grew up being athletic. I didn’t discover fitness until after college when I finally wanted to start feeling better in my body and hired a personal trainer myself.

I spent a lot of years not knowing what I wanted to do with my life or how I wanted to make an impact on the world. Then about eight years ago I was sitting in a therapy session, describing what I wanted my perfect life to look like. It involved owning a gym that felt like a home, that had a big garage door and a gym dog.

Now, finally, I can say that that dream has been realized. Chin-Up Training is a family, we have a big garage door, and a gym dog named Beya, and I get to work alongside other amazing trainers.
