“All your works shall give thanks to you, O LORD, and all your saints shall bless you! They shall speak of the glory of your kingdom and tell of your power, to make known to the children of man your mighty deeds, and the glorious splendor of your kingdom,” -Psalm 145:10-12

All hail King Jesus! To him be all glory, power, majesty and praise forever and ever. The works of man are incomparable to the wonders of the Lord. All creation shouts his praise and shows his presence. How beautiful it is to see the sunset upon the mountains, how even more beautiful it is to know Jesus, and to one day see the kingdom of heaven and physical presence of the LORD with us. The works of the Lord give thanks to him, they declare his name, and display his glory. Who else could create something so wonderful, so beautiful? Creation speaks the name of God such that we may know him. The beauty and majesty of nature and everything speaks differently than people preaching the word of God. God wants us to know him and has made ways for us to know him. This is so that all may know him. People who are unreached and haven’t heard of Jesus will still see the works of the LORD and he will reveal himself to them. We see the works of the Lord and turn to praise and celebration, for it is an outpouring of what our hearts desire. What’s more is that we intimately know the author, the author who made the universe and painted beauty for us to enjoy, who deliberately sculpted each of us uniquely for a relationship with him.
