## Caption

"Who shall ascend the mountain of the Lord? And who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully. He will receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob." -Psalm 24:3-6

When we seek after the Lord, and not of worldly things, we are seeking His presence and His Kingdom. By abiding in Him and striving to live as Christ did, we receive blessings and gifts from God. He has done so much for us and requires nothing except total surrender in return. Therefore, we must listen to the Holy Spirit for guidance and to put forth our best efforts to glorify God with the praise of His own doings. We should seek the face of God and glorify Him in everything we do, be it school, work, community, pain, success, talents, etc. Rather than focusing on the world and personal gains--idolizing the world and that which is false and temporary--praise and worship the God of the universe, who is eternal and blesses us.
