Alrighty folks. Little different post from me today, but I am an aquarius and we are swinging into aquarius season so let's get into my new favorite conspiracy theory: treatment plans.

I'm encouraging you to listen to yourself and your body. The whole stinking point of any body-based modality and to get the patient more attuned to their body. Telling a client how and when they should receive treatment is a very capitalistic 🤑 way of tuning out that awareness.
