## Caption

Photo by davidemonteleonestudio / In the Netherlands, the Flying-V is an aircraft designed by Delft's University of Technology in which the passengers, cargo, and fuel are all located in the wings. Its V-shape boosts aerodynamics, resulting in a fuel savings of 20 percent.

This scale model is undergoing a velocity test to study air flows. Those green lights are laser beams that make the bubbles’ flow visible. This scene was particularly challenging since we had to shoot in complete darkness, wearing protective goggles and being careful not to look directly into the light.
