-1.5 oz. gin
-1 oz. rosemary simple syrup
-juice from 1 grapefruit
-Tonic or soda water
-grapefruit slices & rosemary for garnish
Rosemary Simple Syrup:
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/2 cup water
-2 sprigs of rosemary
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to a simmer and cook on low for 10 minutes
Strain rosemary, and allow to cool before serving
