🥂🎉 WE ARE 3!!! I can remember it like yesterday…middle of a pandemic and sitting on the couch with Nick mid September talking about “opening my own practice…” Well, a week later, my website was built, I had rented 2 rooms in Cary, and I waited for patients to flood in.  Yeah, that’s not how it really works.  A lot of blood, sweat, tears, bad words, and amazing patients and clients are what grew my practice to what it is today. 🙌🏼🤗

I remember sitting at a computer doing networking groups and questioning what the heck I had done and panicking because I had a 12 month lease to fulfill. 😬 

My practice is my baby and watching it grow has been beautiful, but hard.  No one warns you about imposter syndrome.  Boy is it a real thing!  It got even worse when I expanded my practice because I needed more space and I just could not believe it was real.  I just kept waiting for the other shoe to drop.  Instead, it has flourished, I am already looking at my bigger picture of a bigger space in 5 years, and loving every minute of this beautiful and crazy journey! 

I am so thankful for my terrific support system, including my husband, again, my patients because I would be nothing without them, and honestly myself for not cowering and quitting when I couldn’t help but think I was going to fail and wasn’t good enough. 

So cheers to A New Day Integrative Health and Wellness, here’s to many more years of making a positive impact on our community and beyond!🥂🌟💪
