Summer is off to an amazing start here at A New Day Integrative Health & Wellness 🌞

I love seeing how my amazing patients add new ways to make themselves healthier as the seasons change 🌻

At A New Day Integrative Health & Wellness, we love the holistic side of healing and preach that being healthy starts from the INSIDE 🥰

Here are four of our favorite healthy habits for summer:
🌺 high protein breakfasts! Having a high protein breakfast makes sure that your blood sugar is very stable throughout the day. I find myself hungrier if I do not have a high protein breakfast. Bonus! This season is amazing for the freshest fruits ever 🍉
🌺 daily meditation! I love waking up at least twenty minutes earlier than I'd like to start getting ready for the day and using that time to meditate. I feel like there is always so much going on in the summer that taking this time to be still and let my thoughts flow freely is extremely necessary.
🌺 less alcohol! I sub my alcohol for adrenal mocktails and my body has been loving it! There are so many great recipes online for healthy adrenal mocktails, and I truly feel as though my skin is glowing even more (plus I have so much more energy!)
🌺 socializing in the SUN! This is my favorite healthy habit by far! Whether we are cooking in the backyard for a group of friends or tanning at the beach with our families, socializing while getting a lot of Vitamin D is extremely relaxing and something I look forward to!
