Here at Dominican we are committed to promoting acceptance, equity and PRIDE. In many states, countries and places in the world, it is dangerous to show one's true colors. Being yourself shouldn't be a crime, but it still is in 72 states (internationally) This is why the fight against homophobia and transphobia has to go on. 
Discrimination, violence and conversion therapy are a few issues that people around the world face.
