What do you do at SparkPlug?
• Customer Success Manager. I specialize in working with retailers, getting them onboarded, ensuring their accounts are set up properly, help to facilitate sparks and troubleshoot as needed. You can also reach me through the chat when you need help!

What is your favorite thing about working at SparkPlug?
• My favorite part of working at SparkPlug is being part of a revolution. We’re changing the way that retail works and providing front line team members with opportunities to grow their income based off of their current output. After spending 15 years in retail, I can say that this would have been huge for myself and my team members.

How would you describe the SparkPlug team?
• I’ve been so amazed by how each team member has been so enthusiastic, kind and genuine. We share a mission of wanting to provide an amazing experience for our customers, to continually grow as we receive new feedback, and ensure that we’re doing the right thing with each and every interaction.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
• I’m an athlete. I love to play ice hockey, swim, play water polo, softball, and have even done kendo, fencing and krav maga.
