What do you do at SparkPlug?
• I am a finance manager at SparkPlug. As the first hire/lead of the finance/accounting team, I handle all of the billing, accounting, and matters within that realm for the company.

What is your favorite thing about working at SparkPlug?
• My favorite thing about working at SparkPlug is knowing we are truly making a difference when it comes to how retail employees participate in the success of the companies they work for. The platform really encourages a level of equitable thinking - turning financial rewards into a long-term mindset for everyone involved. That’s where SparkPlug is really making a difference.

How would you describe the SparkPlug team?
• The team at SparkPlug is extremely diverse and helpful. Since working here, I have felt comfortable being able to ask for help and not feel ashamed for doing so. Everyone here has a great team work ethic and that has helped me adjust well so far. I love that everyone is encouraged to bring their personalities to work as well. Our daily stand up meetings are definitely a highlight of my day and is the best time to connect with the entire team.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
• I used to dance ballet at the age of 5. I kind of wish I still danced sometimes.
