What do you do at SparkPlug?
• I am the executive assistant of the COO and CEO of SparkPlug, Jake and Andrew. I also offer administrative support to the commercial team, and sometimes the product team as well.

What is your favorite thing about working at SparkPlug?
• It’s so hard to pick just one! But I would have to say the company’s mission to positively impact the labor dynamics is my favorite. It was really evident when I started working here, up to this day, that our mission doesn’t just stop at being written down - it permeates the culture, the people, and the product itself. Everything each team member does is anchored to our main goal of making everyone an owner. It’s what drives us to do our best every single day, because it’s bigger than us.

How would you describe the SparkPlug team?
• I would describe the team as a group of “A” players that know how to have fun. They’re the type of people you want to be around because of how much you can learn from them and how much they’re willing to push you to be better. Going back to the “fun” part, I LOVE attending our daily meetings. If that doesn’t say enough, I don’t know what will.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
• I used to post song covers on Soundcloud pretending to be a recording artist, but all I really did was sing into my phone’s microphone and upload it without making edits at all. Most of them didn’t even have any accompanying music! 😳
