We are excited to put on this community event to provide quality fitness and wellness services to the community!⁠

➡️ All levels Movement classes including: Zumba, cycling, line dancing, senior fitness, step aerobics + more⁠
➡️ Zen Room: A room to escape to meditate, practice mindfulness, stretch, do yoga - and zen out⁠
➡️ Additional activities + resources: Cooking demos, Free food + drinks, Free chair massages, Wellness resources, Giveaways, Guest DJ⁠
