Our virtual dance program #dance4ourlives concluded yesterday with our wonderful instructor team x__nauticaa fontenelleart & gigi_tonye !!! 

We had the opportunity to host our virtual dance program with 25+ teens of After School Matters!!! Our virtual dance showcase was amazing as the teens discussed their experience with the summer program and showcased their talents and artistry through dance in our video premier of choreographic piece 'Vulnerability-Freedom'!!!

Teens learned not only dance training but also ways to heal from the inside out with wellness and mindfulness practices!
