Happy Sunday!!! Today’s spotlight: OUR FAVORITE  SAKE’S and SHOCHU’S! Both which are Japanese Traditional alcohol.

What is the difference between Sake and Shochu? 

Well, Sake is a brewed alcohol while Shochu is distilled liquor! Sake is usually around 15% while Shochu can range from 20%-45%! Lastly, Sake is made solely from rice while Shochu can be made from not only rice, but also some other raw materials!
