Last week, in celebration of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we sat down with VS&Co Board Member, Irene Chang Britt. During an intimate conversation, Irene shared her inspiring story of how being an Asian-American woman has influenced her career and the mantra she lives by. When we asked Irene what advice she would give her younger self, she responded, “Enjoy your early failures. Celebrate them and what they teach you.
