virunganationalpark is home to more species of birds, reptiles and mammals than any other protected area in Africa. 

In 2013, I had the honor of meeting and supporting Virunga’s courageous team in their fight against illegal oil drilling. 

Our partners at global_wildlife_conservation are currently raising money for the Virunga Emergency Fund and will match up to $33k in donations until tomorrow at 7am ET.
