She is NFL’s first female coach, GrrridIron Girls founder, Critter Fitter book series author, first female coach in madden and first female running back in men’s pro football. 

Dr. Jen is a female trailblazer, a sports pioneer, PhD, and passionate leader. She will be talking about inspiring the next generation of authentic leaders!
