The developer behind The Gateway at Wynwood, rbrealtygroupllc’s Shelby Rosenberg spotted the trend of firms heading to the #MagicCity years ago. Wynwood started as a play district, then became a work-play district and is now a live-work-play district — exactly what workers migrating from out of state want.
