## Caption

The Wynwood Business Improvement District recently agreed to help build a commuter rail service along the Florida East Coast Railway corridor. The station is part of the county’s plan to alleviate road congestion and improve walkability in the fast-growing neighborhood of #Wynwood. 

We fully support this endeavor. It will not only benefit tenants of our 460,000-square-foot Class A office building but also the entire Wynwood ecosystem. Link in bio.
