Concorde provides non-billable waiting time, also known as “Grace Periods,” which vary depending on the pickup locations. After the Grace Period is exhausted, Concorde charges the vehicle hourly wait in 15-minute intervals. 

For Commercial Airport Pickups, you get a generous 1-hour Grace Period, while for Home, Office, Hotel, and FBO Pickups, the Grace Period is 15 minutes. 

So, relax and take your time - we’ve designed our waiting time policy to be accommodating as possible.
