I’ve had my fair share of mental health struggles and never felt comfortable enough to be open and honest about it. I’m so thankful to have this amazing platform with thehiddenopponent , and to be a part of such a supportive and inspiring community. I’m so excited to work with Arcadia students to destigmatize mental health in our athletics culture!
