𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐏: MP graduated from Arcadia in May 2020 and was a member of the softball team. She interned with thehiddenopponent and is now the Division III Southeast Assistant Head Campus Captain!

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐇𝐎? I’ve dealt with mental health issues since middle school, and it took me until college to be okay with sharing my story. I want to be able to help those struggling know that there are people who care about you and want to help you. Going through four years of a college sport can be tough, and the atmosphere that THO has to support and advocate for student-athletes’ mental health is so special. I can’t say enough incredible things about THO and the amazing people I’ve gotten to work with over the last few months.

𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞? I’ve gotten more into yoga and meditation, but my biggest one is writing/journaling.
