As part of the Year of the Themis Apprentice, over the next few weeks we’re going to be taking a closer look at our incredible winners at the Themis Inspire and Achieve Awards 2022.

Meet Georgia Booth, of Hycrome Ltd, the winner of the Degree-Level Apprenticeship Award.

A Chartered Manager Degree Apprentice, Georgina is passionate about exploring key business concepts – everything from gender within business to motivational management. Georgina’s confidence has grown immeasurably throughout her degree studies, and is known for her steadfast dedication to getting the answers she needs - grilling guest lecturers and speakers at Burnley College University Courses with tough and searching questions, including powerful CEOs. She can often be found debating with her Lecturers and puts in extra time to ensure she has an in-depth knowledge of business that she can take back to the workplace. Georgina is an avid reader of all kinds of topics to make her a well-rounded and educated individual. #YOTA2022
