Blackburn Distributions were selected because, quite simply, they truly recognise the impact Apprentices continue to make on their business and develop and nurture their Apprentices to an exceptional standard. With a focus on wellbeing as well as progression, the majority of their Apprentices have chosen to remain in the business – a true testament to how they put their employees at the forefront of all else.
