[🌟What’s your motivational spark?]

“I love making memories — whether it’s going out with friends, taking a vacation with my family, or completing a big project at work. When you’ve been working on a project for ages and then you finally launch the product, it’s a great feeling. 

“I’m also big on self-development. I want to see myself grow. I don’t like to be static. Continual growth is what gets me motivated and excited. From a work aspect, I want to become an expert in my field. I’m a data analyst, so I’m always asking, ‘How can I tell this story better through data?’ 

“Outside of work, I just look for ways to become a better person — through more understanding, more doing, more giving. We’re all influencers, in a way. I look at someone like my little brother who looks up to me in ways that even I don’t know. You might be influencing your family, coworkers, or teammates. We’re always influencing others, so I strive to be a good role model for those around me.”

[📚What is your Reingold superpower?]

“Being an approachable storyteller. As a data analyst, I love that I can rely on the technical side, but I can also make it ‘real’ or familiar for others who might not have that technical expertise. I’m also just a lighthearted, friendly person, so that definitely helps with being the approachable guy people want to go to for those answers. I’m continuing to grow, so I’m looking forward to finding those new superpowers and seeing what I can develop here at Reingold.”
