Beyond the incredible spectacle it will be, attracting people from every corner of the world, the Rugby World Cup will have a huge economic impact on the 12+ US cities it is hosted in. On average, the Rugby World Cup creates over 10K jobs and between $1.36 billion and $3.8 billion in direct and indirect economic impact. 

San Diego, along with the below cities, will continue to pursue the opportunity to host matches in either or both Rugby World Cup tournaments:
