What would the #web look like if we didn't have IT professionals fixing code on the back end? Probably pretty scary! 

Today is #NationalITProfessionalsDay and not a day goes by where our team doesn't appreciate the contributions of our IT employees! 

Our agency's Founder, CTO, and co-owner, raj_anantharaman, is a umkcinkansascity Ph.D. alumn (among other universities) and an entrepreneurial #technology executive who has been innovating and problem-solving in the field of #IT for 20+ years.

Raj is a rockstar in both technology and business. He has a knack for bringing the best and brightest ideas from a totally unrelated business or industry to any business. Raj takes a transformational approach, rather than a turn-around approach, to leadership.

Raj is also the Founder behind our YES (Yoodle Education Services) program, the Coding Academy: A University and Workforce Development Center backed program offering career development training for students who are seeking to enhance their skills in Web Development, MEAN Stack, and more.

"Conversations for the Coding Academy program began several years ago and recently  came to fruition in 2020. The basis for a training program like this stemmed from the desire to help increase talent in the local job market by equipping them with the technical skills necessary for career placement and growth.

Currently, YES is focusing its efforts primarily in the field of IT but plans to offer training in digital marketing and cybersecurity in the near future.

Our vision is to scale this training in a horizontal and vertical manner with the ultimate goal of reducing reliance on external labor for local positions."
