It’s #MeetUsMonday today featuring our developer Shane Yu! Our Aussie team member is a problem solver at heart who best expresses himself through programming (and Starcraft 2). His natural curiosity for subjects like philosophy, economics and artificial intelligence earned him a degree in Computational Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan, where he researched cognitive architecture and deep learning. While web development began as a hobby for Shane, his drive to create and love of design quickly transformed his passion into a career.

In his spare time, Shane can be found hustling on his side projects, exploring the city, giving his cat too many chin scratches, or perfecting his Starcraft builds.
