Let us introduce more of our summer trainees. This time it’s Lumia, Hanne and Karina’s turn. 👩‍💼👩‍💼👩‍💼

"We have been working at Raute for a week now, and so far, we have done various different tasks. For example, we have helped with filing, cleaned the factory 🏭, taken care of the yard, and assisted in many other things.

We have had the opportunity to get to know the work of many different people. We have been introduced to the work by, among others, the maintenance staff, the payroll team, the marketing team, and the factory workers. Our favorite tasks so far have been office work, such as filing 📚.

We all ended up at Raute with the help of our parents, who assisted us in finding summer jobs at Raute. We recommend other young people to apply for summer jobs at Raute because we have had the opportunity to get to know various professions and tasks. People have been really friendly and welcomed us warmly 🤝."
